Shepherd’s Scrambled Egg Casserole

This recipe is a great way to use Shepherd’s Liquid Eggs Blend!


1 bag (28 oz.) Ore-Ida Potatoes O’brien
4 cups of Liquid Eggs or 10-12 eggs
2 cups grated cheese
1 lb. meat of your choice (ham or sausage)
salt and pepper to taste


Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Spray 9×13 pan and pour mixed ingredients into pan.  Bake for about an hour at 350 degrees.  Stir every 15 minutes, this helps to evenly cook the eggs. Last 15 minutes top with more grated cheese (optional).
